Responsibility:

• Provide general office administrative support to team. (e.g. Directors, Managers, Clients, Vendors, etc)
• Monitor payments, contract periods and vendors regulations.
• Handle customer on-boarding process.
• Prepare documentations, invoices, quotations, forms.
• Project management.
• Drafting business documents and record documents accordingly
• Close communication and properly collated documents to various government agency for timely submission.
• Reply to phone and emails enquiries.
• Communicate and conduct meetings with clients.
• Drafting business documents and record documents accordingly
• Data entry, general filings, preparing reports and supporting documents when necessary.
• Meticulous in handling figures.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and other general office administrative tasks assigned.
• Initial guidance will be provided.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Google Suite, Dropbox

Good interpersonal skills, and good communication skills.
