About the Role: Our B2B Sales Operations and Strategy Internship gives you the opportunity to work right alongside successful sales representatives as they connect clients to our award-winning products day after day. This role will report into the Sales Operations Director. If you are interested in working in a competitive and fast-paced environment, this is the internship for you! This role is a hybrid, based in our New York City office. You Will: – Be responsible for entering first appointment meetings passed to us from a vendor into Salesforce, and manage the tracking process. – Match lists of companies to our CRM database, Salesforce, noting down the Account ID if a match is found. – Perform ongoing forecast accuracy analysis. – Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, often in Excel. You Have: – Completed at least two years of school, working towards a bachelor’s degree – Previous relevant internship or part-time work experience is a plus – A high level of initiative and self-motivation as well as the ability to work in a team environment – A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment – Strong work ethic and motivated by results – Competency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision – A sense of ownership and confidence All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
