  • General description: Assistant to the Internal Auditor for Project Based Work – Contract storage conversion and other miscellaneous admin duties.
  • The assigned contract management conversion project requires assistance for time consuming admin functions in order to complete in a timely manner, along with the other compliance and JSOX responsibilities.
  • Assistant will be assigned to verify existing contracts in share folder, confirming expiration date(s), verifying active/inactive status, updating tracking spreadsheet, renaming PDFs to new format, coordinating storage & security protocols of documents in FINESSE, etc.
  • Assisting internal auditor with administrative duties as needed (JSOX evidence scanning, etc.)

Qualifications: Word, Excel & Data Base Experience needed

Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and Organizational Skills

Detail Oriented, Dependable, Self-Starter
