TheRole: Product Education Associate
The Team: The Software Solutions business line, situated within the Market Intelligence division of S&P Global, provides clients with industry leading software and services, covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans software and services and private markets solutions. The team is composed of a diverse set of enterprise software, SaaS, data, and service offering, including the following market leading products: iLevel, EDM, thinkFolio, Wall Street Office (WSO), SNL Banker, Debt Domain, Notice Manager and Prism.
The Impact: The Product Education function aims to elevate the level of knowledge of and engagement with our Software Solutions products for both customers and internal colleagues alike.
What’s in it for you: In your first 12 months of the role, you will specialize in our Wall Street Office (WSO) platform assisting the Product and Technical Writing teams in the creation of product documentation, release notes, user stories and additional materials to enhance the WSO learning experience and increase product adoption.
Following that you will have the opportunity to contribute to product education initiatives across all Software Solutions products, including activities such as the migration of online knowledge bases, and the continuous expansion of our dedicated Learning Management System (LMS).
