• To assist on the management of the production, dispatch sections and also overall plant facilities.

• To ensure smooth operation of cement production, receiving and delivery.

• To ensure all plant mechanical and electric equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

• To ensure all cement dispatch section is running effectively.

• To assist in daily plant operation activities. (Cement receiving, packing, mixing and dispatch operation.

• To initiate corrective and preventive in the occur occurrence of product non conformity.

• To work with laboratory to ensure quality level of all types of cement meets the company standard.

• To participate in all company ISO quality management systems to ensure all safety awareness in the plant have been carried out.

• To scheduled and plan all plant equipment maintenance work and ensure all have been carried out. To perform any other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications/minimum qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Equipment Preventive Maintenance, PM planning
• Self-disciplined, meticulous and resourceful
• Strong working knowledge of production process
• Familiar with Auto CAD
• Familiar with ESH regulations.
• Computer-literate
• Good data analysis skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tact and high degree of integrity and strong planning skills.
