About the role
You will be selling to innovative C Level Executives who are preparing their organizations for the Future of Work by identifying new Enterprise prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with sales leaders on an identified set of large, highly strategic prospects.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive the adoption and growth of Korn Ferry’s new cloud-based SaaS technologies via our AI platform – The Korn Ferry Intelligence Cloud. It pulls together market intelligence and Korn Ferry-owned data to provide insights and recommended actions. This role requires high-level execution at every stage of the pipeline development and sales process. You will have access to C Level Executives and Enterprise level businesses and will be an SME within your product or service line.
Be one of the early pioneers in the HR platform that grows with you. You will be highly visible as you connect with Senior Product and Commercial leadership.

About you
You will have extensive and demonstrated experience selling tech applications, solutions and products to CIO’s and CTO’s or solutions for Human Resources to CHRO’s. You will be well-networked and able to leverage your existing relationships to grow Korn Ferry’s client base, take ownership of your sales prospects and build strategic sales plans to develop relationships.
As the Enterprise Seller, you will have a commercial mindset and understand the financial implications and impacts, maximize market potential, and be able to work to and exceed sales targets. You will be a hunter – able to strategically identify gaps in the market, stay ahead of your competitors and identify client’s needs and provide a solution.
