About The Role

Working on one of Wellington’s civil projects, you will be part of a small crew involved in minor works. The project is in Lower Hutt and you will be working with various heavy duty tools doing tasks such as erecting concrete barriers. Experience with pouring and working with concrete as well as using saws and breakers is advantageous but not a deal-breaker.

Labour intensive, lifting, carrying, breaking concrete and material so physically fit is a must

Monday to Saturday 7am starts. Generally 10+ hour days

• Based in Lower Hutt
• $22.70 per hour depending on experience

Skills & Experience

• Construction, demolition or civil background ideal
• Full Class 1 licence or above is advantageous
• A strong work ethic and good attitude
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Own reliable transport to get to and from work
