We are seeking a qualified candidate to become one of the first official Virtual Performance Coaches taking the lead in launching and delivering services to clients using our new solution.

Responsibilities Overview
This Virtual Performance Coach position in the EXOS Employer division, will focus on bringing this new service to life at an EXOS client site. The Virtual Performance Coach will drive meaningful engagement in the program, identify critical learnings and communicate program feedback to the product, technology, and marketing teams. While this position is mostly virtual, candidates will need to be able to report onsite in Piscataway, NJ on an as needed basis.
We’re seeking a Virtual Performance Coach to join our team. The Virtual Performance Coach’s duties will include:
Provide an overall world class experience to participants (“members”)
Drive high levels of active engagement using the virtual solution
Produce live and on-demand class content from our centralized studio
Build and foster strong member relationships
Effectively deliver a variety of virtual programming including: 1:1 consults, educational webinars, live streaming classes, and other quality engagement activities.
Instructs, motivates, and assists participants in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals
Ensures the basic level of EXOS methodology is represented in their delivery of all virtual services
Assists in identifying and monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting programming to maximize impact
Assist with design and development of detailed strategic plan for outcomes focused health and productivity management programs

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or group wellness program management
Minimum of three (3) years of strength coaching/personal training experience
BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Currently hold industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM
Knowledge and application of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions
Excellent video presence and delivery in both small and large group settings
Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority
Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals
Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent technology acumen and specific skills relating to, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Social Media, Streaming tools or related platforms
Ability to manage own schedule and balancing administrative responsibilities with client-facing services
Physical Requirements:
Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. Also, the physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily.
