Job Description

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for driving revenue through B2B marketing? Join our team as a marketing manager for Experian’s housing vertical.

Role Overview

We’re looking for person with a broad marketing skillset who can develop integrated marketing campaigns, create impactful content, and enhance sales team capabilities. We ask that you can collaborate across multiple teams. You will report to our VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that uses market data and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts.
• Collaborate with company partners to refine strategies and boost revenue impact.
• Monitor and share valuable industry insights across the organization.
• Develop a market-specific event strategy.
• Create housing-market specific content including trends reports and digital marketing campaigns.
• Use AI and intent marketing to improve targeting and conversion.
• Measure marketing effectiveness to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Experience independently executing marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market and revenue data.
• Content creation and copy writing skills.
• Ability to identify industry trends and prioritize opportunities.
• Undergraduate degree a must
• Preferably located in Southern California within driving distance to Costa Mesa
