What will you experience as an education centre manager with Explore Learning?

You’ll spend half of your day working alongside your teammates to strategise for commercial success, and then switch your focus to delivering an inspiring service to our families as they attend their sessions. What does a typical week look like?
When it comes to delivering our fantastic service to families, we believe that having centres which are accessible and flexible to people from all walks of life is incredibly important. To ensure we achieve this, our centres are open 5 or 6 days in the week, and our members can attend sessions after school between 3pm – 8pm, and on a Saturday between 9am – 5pm. During the week, you’ll open up at 11am so you have time to focus on making sure the centre is the best it can be before your members arrive at 3.
As a full time manager, your typical working pattern will be Tuesday – Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are your days off to enjoy and switch off from the hustle and bustle of centre life. Some centres have the flexibility of Managers working 2-3 days per week, so please reach out if you’d like to work part time.
