Do you want to impact children’s education in the UK? We’re recruiting maths & English tutors who are ready to work with our members through this new academic year and beyond.
We believe that quality education for children and young people across the UK is essential, and more than ever, children need opportunities to grow and develop in confidence. At Explore Learning, our goal is to nurture 50,000 young fearless learners, and provide a service which not only impacts them academically, but also to develop a love for learning.
How will you make this impact with Explore Learning?
What will you get out of it?
We can guarantee that you’ll do more than teach – you’ll nurture children and their families along a pathway of growth.
What does a typical shift look like?
No two shifts look the same; you might be delivering one-to-one sessions online, or tutoring a group of children working on different topics in our centre. You may even bring an exciting workshop to life to a lively bunch of budding learners – however one thing’s for certain; there won’t be any lesson planning or marking in sight as all the resources have been created and designed, ready for you to bring to life.
This role is fast-paced, hands-on and varied, and your training will match. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and embrace every challenge; trust us, it’s worth it when you see the progress you and your members make. From your first week in the role, you’ll learn how to lead the learning experience, and you’ll think on your feet to adapt to each family. You’ll also hone your communication skills to deliver quality feedback to families, and confidently guide our members towards achieving their goals.
Ready to apply?
Are you confident in maths and English having achieved a grade C/5 or above in your GCSEs or equivalent, and passionate about working with children in an educational setting?
Apply today and tell us why you’d like to tutor with us!
