Faneuil Hiring for REMOTE – Work at Home Customer Service! $13.50 per hour + bonuses at Remote Full Time

Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Representatives to train and work from home! Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound inquiries related to utility account questions, issues, billing and payments. You must have 1 year of customer service experience in a call center to qualify for this role.

At this time we are NOT able to hire in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MA, MS, NH, OR, RI, VT, Virgin Islands, WA, Washington DC

Responsibilities:

• Respond to various customers billing and service related inquiries via telephone and in writing.
• Enroll new customers, offering appropriate products and services.
• Offer new products and services to existing customers.
• Process payments for current or outstanding balances.
• Collect outstanding balances and/or negotiate appropriate payment arrangements.
• Must have a mobile device (phone or tablet) for two-factor authentication when logging in to client systems from home.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) + benefits such as health/vision/dental insurance, paid time off, and 401k.

Rate of pay: $13.50/hour + performance bonus

Schedule: 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern, Monday-Friday

Computer equipment: provided by Faneuil; agents must provide high speed internet and a mobile device (phone or tablet) for identity authentication when logging in daily

Experience Requirements:

• 1 year of call center customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
