Job Description:
- Provide training to customers on the use of Feinmetall’s products
- Provide technical & application support to customers
- Liaise with field service support team on all technical issues
- Prepare Technical Service Report on technical issues on sites
- Prepare and maintain proper filing of service reports
- Work closely with sales team on all customers’ technical enquires
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Electronics Engineering, preferably with 1 year of experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work as a team player
- Good communication and analytical ability
- Willing to travel at short notice
- Remuneration dependent on experiences
We are on a 5-day work week and on-the-job training will be provided.
