Sales Account Administrator
Owner-operated North American grower and supplier of garden and potted plants in Delhi Ontario, seeks an exceptionally reliable full-time person to provide clerical and administrative support to Sales Account Administrator.
Proficiencies
· Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Powerpoint.
· Reliable, clerical accuracy, detail oriented
· Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work as a team member and independently.
· Excellent Communication skills, answering and directing phone calls
· Solid organizational, planning, time management and prioritization skills
· Reserve travel arrangements, schedule meetings
· Grade 12 + related post secondary courses and a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Responsibilities Include:
· Sales Registry data input and maintenance
· Direct customer contact to support and establish rapport with Corporate Head Office and Retail Locations
· Prepare reports and presentations
· Order entry, process changes
· Monitoring daily reporting
· Broad range of clerical/support duties as assigned.
· Willing to occasionally travel
· Bilingualism an asset
