What we are looking for:

Your responsibilities:
- Calculate and communicate daily investable cash balances to portfolio managers;
- Daily cash and transactions and bi-monthly holdings reconciliation with custodians and other counterparties;
- Work with external counterparties and internal departments to investigate and quickly resolve discrepancies;
- Ensure transactions are entered into portfolio accounting system in a timely manner and reconciled accurately;
- Ensure accuracy and quality of information in systems;
- Prepare IBOR vs Custodian reconciliation reports;
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with internal and external contacts;
- Participate in the testing and implementation of operational enhancements and special projects.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
- Enrolled Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or other relevant fields;
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and experience resolving trading issues;
- Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines;
- Proven continuous process improvement mindset and positive team attitude;
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written);
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines;
- Attention to details, intuitive and anticipatory;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work within a team environment;
- An understanding of how investment managers operate and interact with administrators, brokers and custodians is essential;
- Good Working knowledge of Equities, Bonds, Money market securities and Cash management aspects.
