• Monitor the marketplace to identify trends, build competitive Go-to Market strategies, develop and refine robust plans, and action tactics measuring for effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing organizations to set the product strategy, messaging, pricing, and business models to achieve activation, engagement, revenue, and gross margin objectives.

• Establish and maintain a partner ecosystem such that products are accessible and monetized through 3rd party channels.

• Measure key performance indicators and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams.

• Establish contracting standards approved by Finance and Legal aligned to delegation of authorities and approve contracts ensuring they are compliant.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ten or more years in diverse executive sales or growth leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.

• Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

• Demonstrated experience with early stage business development structured for long-term success.

• Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.

• Measurable experience developing and executing a business strategy effectively.

• Experience in making decisions based on business metrics.

• Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a technology start-up environment.

• Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other business productivity tools.

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or a related field.
