Summary:
Under general supervision the Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide all aspects of administrative and clerical support to the location. This includes greeting visitors and employees, managing the multiline phone system, assisting with operational processes, reporting and documentation for Service, Finance, HSE and HR. The Administrative Assistant handles all items related to Canada Post including preparation of outgoing mail and distribution. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a fast pace environment, capable of prioritizing tasks and changing directions as operational needs require. Participation in FET’s Health, Safety and Environment program and complying with all company procedures and policies is required. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
