Four Seasons Hiring for HVH Facilities Coordinator at United States Full Time

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Full Time Facilities Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Responsibilities

• Receive, log and distribute incoming parcels, laundry and mail for all Hualalai residences.

  Issue vendor parking passes.

  Answer incoming phone calls.

  Coordinate and schedule all homeowner monthly and quarterly packages with vendors. Services not limited to: housekeeping, window washing, extermination, and air conditioning maintenance.

  Coordinate, schedule and maintain all the HVH Housekeeping Departments bookings.

  Work closely with the Property Service Managers and the Concierge to coordinate and schedule all additional maintenance services for the residences on the resort.

  Work closely with other departments that provide services for the residents.

  Provide daily updates to the Residential Database for the Property Service Managers.

  Provide occasional relief to the Facilities Administrative Assistants by:

• Verify access authorization, coordinate and document access for all residential units.
• Coordinate and document all residential deliveries.
• Generate daily reports as required; in-house owners, in-house guests, transports and to do lists.
• Work closely with other Residential Facilities staff and provide relief support when necessary.
• Complete special projects as requested.
• Maintain filing system for all owners and properties.

Bill out and post work orders in the property management and member statement systems.

Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Three to twelve months of previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience required or High Volume Call Center.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
• Strong Customer Service skills
