Role Spotlight: Due to Huge growth in Australia they are seeking a level 1-2 Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide remote support to NZ and AUS based employees. The ideal candidate will excel in offering support for Azure, Office 365, Active directory and various IT devices (exposure to CISCO networks would be advantageous)
Shift Details: Permanent late shift hours (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

Credentials: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or allied fields is advantageous. Relevant accreditations in Azure, Office 365, or Cisco would be beneficial.
