The Opportunity
Our Marlborough team are looking for a Traffic Management Coordinator to join the department based in sunny Blenheim.

You will be responsible for:

• TM resourcing – Assisting with both internal and external clients in scheduling work. Ensuring jobs are resourced and staffed appropriately.
• Accurate recording of Daily Job Records.
• Supporting TM department growth (assist Operations Manager in implementing strategies).
• TM performance measurement and reporting (at least 5 audits a week completed on our own sites).
• On site mentoring with STMS’ to improve delivery standards – small improvements first.
• Ensure safe working practices undertaken on all sites.
• Ensure staff hold the appropriate class of licence, endorsement and where applicable certificate of compliance.
• Complete induction processes for new and temporary staff.
• Ensure all staff have completed mandatory training plans and follow this up – bringing those up to speed as quickly as possible, including licensing.
• Assist with either morning or night shift handover with supervisor.

What you’ll bring to the table
We’re looking for someone with minimum class 1 driver’s license and with the following experience and attributes:

• Relevant traffic management experience and significant industry knowledge
