Much of the stress caused by property moves is due to the unknown. Most renters have very little experience securing homes and they don’t trust their primary sources of information – agents and landlords – to provide accurate descriptions of properties. Who are we looking for?
Resooma is looking for an emotionally aware individual to join the team in the role of Customer Service Executive to nurture, improve and amplify the relationship we hold with our existing customers.
Candidates will need to immerse themselves in the lives of Resooma’s customers – young/student renters, often living in shared housing – and discover what they really care about, in order to deliver a standout customer experience.
Your job will be to ensure that Resooma’s customer enquiries are dealt with swiftly and appropriately. You will also be tasked with proactively reaching out to customers via email, phone, and live chat to understand how Resooma can improve their rental experience.
You will need to be quick thinking turning negatives into positives. You will work with customers to find suitable resolutions for any issues they may have.

Requirements & Experience
- Previous renting experience is preferred but not essential
- Desire and ability to learn new skills quickly
- Exemplary communication, presentation, and organisational skills are a must
- Firm understanding of deadlines and ability to work under pressure
- Candidates need to consistently handle customers with care
- Digitally fluent in all mainstream softwares & social media platforms
- Confidence in your own abilities and an awareness of your shortfalls
- University degree level education preferred but not essential
