Job description
Receptionist role with administrative duties such as ordering supplies, receiving clients and courier deliveries, checking mail, sorting mail, maintaining client lists and assisting with various administrative projects from team members. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Candidates must have excellent command of the English language, understand the importance of a good first impression and be willing and able to work with others. The ability to communicate in French would be an asset but is not a requirement for this position.
Many of our clients are elderly and we expect our Receptionist to be polite, kind, courteous and patient. We want to work with someone who will uphold the value that we place on treating our clients and fellow team members with respect and a willingness to be helpful. Being eager to work and open to learning new skills is essential.
