G&C Plumbing & Heating is looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative! This a full time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. You will be the first point of contact for new and recurring customers calling in to schedule their plumbing services.

Job duties:

• Answering phone calls and greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Helping customers by answering their questions and scheduling appointments
• Calling customers who make online inquiries
• Entering information into the computer while on the phone with the customer
• Using programs such as ServiceLine and Google Calendar to schedule appointments and dispatch technicians

Qualifications:

• Friendly and professional demeanor over the phone
• Must be comfortable on the phone for a full shift
• Proficient in typing
• Experience working with a plumbing company preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
