Key Responsibilities

Interpret business requirements, create functional specifications, and select the most efficient technologies.

Support the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and support.

Adhere to standards and best practices to ensure high-quality development.

Continuously improve software delivery processes and practices.

Design, code, and unit test application code using SDLC best practices.

Establish development best practices and contribute to the growth of web application standards.

Foster a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We Value Individuals With

2+ years of React development experience.

5+ years of web development experience.

Prior React Lead experience (desired).

Experience with large-scale websites or highly complex projects.

Solid understanding of React concepts, components, and workflows.

Strong understanding of web development concepts such as REST APIs, responsive design, and security.

Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks efficiently.
