Position: Software Developer
What You Will Do
As a Software Developer, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing the design, implementation, and delivery culture of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with team members on building, testing, and releasing functionality to clients.
Assisting clients in eliciting and clarifying application requirements.
Participating in and leading daily team activities and ceremonies.
Quickly adapting to new technologies and client-specific domains.
Directing Agile technical delivery activities and providing peer-level mentorship.
Overseeing the operationalization, monitoring, and maintenance of distributed systems.

What You Have
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
3+ years of experience in Object-oriented Programming using Java.
3+ years of experience implementing modern web applications using React and Typescript.
3+ years working in Cloud-native Architecture.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, collaborating with designers, business analysts, back-end developers, and others.
We Would Love To See
Familiarity with Container Technologies and Configuration Management/Automation Technologies (e.g., Cloud Formation, Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with Agile practices such as Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, and Pair Programming.
Familiarity with functional testing using tools like Cypress and Test Cafe.
Experience implementing accessible user interfaces that are Section 508 compliant.

Compensation
The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000.
