Subject Librarian

As Subject Librarian you will support the relationship between your departments and the library through integrated information and digital literacy teaching collection development and liaison.

You will have a Library and Information Science qualification or equivalent skills and knowledge. Experience designing and delivering information and digital literacy skills training, using technology to support teaching and learning activities, a strong commitment to delivering student-focused services and exemplary communication and relationship building skills.

While the majority of your role will focus on the support of your departments you will also be required to support the wider delivery of Library services. This will involve answering enquiries and supporting the delivery front line library services and any special projects as required. This post involves working from home and on campus and requires working some weekends.
