Government of Saskatchewan Hiring for Administrative Support – Student Less Than Full Time Job at Moose Jaw Full Time

The Ministry of Justice is responsible for providing a fair justice system that upholds the law and protects the rights of all individuals in Saskatchewan; promotes safe and secure communities; and provides legal and justice policy advise to assist government.

The Ministry of Justice, Court Services Branch is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident student to work less than full time at the Moose Jaw Provincial Court Office to provide administrative services that support all staff. We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail; who is honest, will treat everyone with dignity and respect, be committed to the pursuit of excellence, embrace diversity and equality and be responsible and accountable.

As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of office equipment such as photocopiers and facsimiles; enter and retrieve data using various software programs; maintain files and records, including assisting with the archiving and disposal of records; retrieve and search files for information; receive and sort and distribute mail; and other duties as assigned.
