We cannot express strongly enough that the candidate must be highly driven, motivated with a strict attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Your demonstrated background in Wood or Auto Body Spray Finishing is preferred. Previous Experience with Stains, Glazes, Topcoats and English-reading/speaking ability is essential.  This is a Full Time-Year ‘Round Job that requires heavy lifting, overtime, and sometimes split shifts.  Wage based on performance and ability to contribute. High growth can be expected with increased contribution.
