Job Summary
Database creation, collection, entry and manipulation of data to support EFF programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Confirming facility basic information (name, address, ownership, area, year of construction, etc.).
- Review available facility drawings, specifications, reports, and confirm these are uploaded to SharePoint site accurately.
- Gather projects completed in the past five (5) years and confirm closeout documents/information are uploaded in SharePoint sites.
- Create database of approved capital budget per project and project status.
- Create database for all our reporting requirements (MBN Canada, Stats Canada, etc…).
- Organize and store reports including source of information for the above recurring reports.
- Support the collection and organization of data from the HCHC and Corporate Building Condition Assessment Project to suport the creation of the Capital budget.
- Asset Project to support the creation of the Capital budget.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Database creation and management, data manipulation.
- Background in computer sciences or library sciences.
Preferred
- Understanding of Facility Asset Management.
