Highcap Group Hiring for Remote Data Entry & Marketing Packages Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for someone to be our “remote” offering memorandum creator for real estate properties. We will provide the basic financials and also train the new hire to use our online system to get additional property information. The training will be paid We do anywhere between 5 to 10 of these per week and need them turned around in 24 hours. You would have access to our online subscriptions to gather all information needed, and you’d be working off our existing templates. These OM’s are typically only 1-3 pages, sometimes there might be a longer rent roll that needs to be created/inserted, and sometimes there might be a package of buildings that requires a cover page with a deal overview, all which we will walk you through. . Also, on occasion we will do a larger offering memo ‘book’ with around 10-15 pages, that happens once a month or every other month. We have templates for all. Lastly, each OM that is done needs to be entered into our proprietary listing system which we would give you access to, and it takes 2 minutes to input a property into there, its very easy and we would give a tutorial for that. This can be done as each OM is done, or all done at the end of each week.
