Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, the Highland | City Club is a private business and social club working to create a new way of working, socializing, growing, and thriving. We believe in the power of community and think that there is almost nothing that hard work, a good attitude, and some tenacity can’t solve. In its home of a 128 year-old ‘school building’ the Club exists to serve humanity at a higher level than the lowest of Maslow’s hierarchy.

We are searching for a high-functioning, detail oriented candidate. The ideal person for this role is someone who has very strong attention to detail, pace, and productivity. This person is smart, professional, technically savvy, personable and capable in a wide variety of general and technical areas.
This is a part-time role with potential for full time employment based on exceptional performance and expansion. In general we are looking for the right person for this particular role, someone who is smart, capable, quick, precise, considerate. This is a key role for our organization.
This person will work directly with our Owner and Founder to handle day-to-day logistics and tasks from a very low level to a very high level. Working with the Owner each day you will receive direct instruction on many items. But the right person for this role is also proactive. Solving problems before they even arise. He is very precise, and very exacting.
