Job Profile: Office Administrator
As a member of the COVID-19 Response Team you will be responsible for collecting data, registering employees, recording and maintaining patient specimen information as well as providing results to clients. Data will be uploaded to a secure server and we need experienced administrators.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, courteous, organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a proven team player who recognizes the importance of safety. The Administrator will manage and remain calm within an unpredictable fast (or slow) paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Education in business/health administration
· Candidates with strong administrative skills and experience will be considered
· Valid unrestricted Class 5 Alberta Operator’s License preferred
· Current and clean Driver’s Abstract
· Complete site-specific orientation as required
· Current Common Safety Orientation
· Willingness to work shift work
· Ability to successfully obtain clearance for a pre-employment alcohol & drug screen
· Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
· Integrity and professionalism
· Have good character and employment references
· Have no criminal record based on a current clear police information check with a vulnerable sector search
· Be in good health
The schedule Team 30/31( 4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off)
