HireQ Hiring for Commission Based Recruiter – Remote at Remote Full Time

HIREQ is looking for an Commission Based Level Recruiter to start our recruiting process. Will be paid on a commission basis only.

Commission Based Level Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles and earn extra cash at the same time! We host a meeting weekly with our team to discuss our openings and critical needs.

Commission Based Recruiter Responsibilities Include:

• Posting job openings on various job sites
• Screening candidates at the initial stages
• Scheduling interviews
• Submitting candidates

Responsibilities:

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements and skills:

• No experience required
• Must have laptop and phone
• Tech-savvy
• HS Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Critical-thinking skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
