On-Site Support Technician

What You Will Do:

Position-Data Entry Specialist

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist at our office in Hillsboro, OR.

The Data Entry team continuously handles inquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person, in a timely and professional manner using excellent customer service skills. This position is responsible for

Essential Job Duties

· Audit discrepancies, locate errors and problem solve inventories

· Supporting order entry with agents of Intel

· Supporting spare part data entry

· Quoting at component level

· Helping to create spare part packets

· Process sales orders

· Supporting Strategic Accounts within Intel

· Manage spreadsheets and data

· Communicate on the phone and through email

· Handle multiple tasks at the same time

Qualifications

· High School Diploma

· Global Software System experience

· Microsoft Office Experience

· High level of accuracy

· Strong communication

· Math skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office

· Organization

· Ability to analyze and solve problems

Location: HIS Innovations group Headquarters is inHillsboro, Oregon and is just 30 minutes west of Downtown Portland. This position will be on site at a Tier 1 Semiconductor Facility in Malta, NY location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $32.87 per hour
