Job Description

• Providing administrative support to senior management and projects.
• Providing administrative support on talent management matters, including scheduling of interviews, liaising with career offices of Institutes of Higher Learning for fresh graduate placement as well as internships and traineeships.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, such as documentation of projects, maintenance of databases, scheduling of meetings, and preparing of meeting materials and presentations.
• Planning and organizing company team events and gatherings.
• Purchasing of pantry items and office supplies.
• Liaising with both internal and external partners and clients, as required.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A team player with an enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a meticulous self-starter with a professional work ethic and interest in the experiential industry is preferred.
