Effective 4/14/22 Honda has increased the starting pay rate to $20/hr! Automatic Pay Progression to $26.50/hr over 72 months. 2nd shift also gets $1.10/hr shift differential on top of the base rate.

This is a 2nd shift production position. Usual hours are Monday – Friday 4:30pm – 1:00am.

The duties of a production associate at Honda include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Assembling or manufacturing units in a production environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and problem solving safety, quality, cost and/ or delivery items

Must have’s:

• Understand verbal and written directions
• Ability to problem solve in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain 99% attendance
• Ensure quality throughout the production process
• Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed
• Ability to push-pull carts, perform repetitive lifting/actions, continuous bending
