Provide quality FDA (Final Disbursements Account) services to clients in order to ensure a proper Port Call Handling from ATS to FDA Reconciliation. To support the Global Hub Agency Accounts Team in its day to day activities, and ensure that the preparation of FDAs of the port call that they are assigned to, are accurate, timely and to reported with the appropriate level of quality on a timely fashion as defined in the Port Call Definition

The Accounts Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

• Execute A to Z the FDA / Accounts part of the Port Call Handling SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Register the Port Call Definitions & Related Requirements
• Collect & Check the Final Disbursement Accounts related documents
• Communicate with all involved Stakeholders
• Check & Confirm Principal Port Call requirements met in full as defined in Nomination stage and at the agreed rates  
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Accounts Manager

Education, Experience, Training and Special Skills

• Ideally Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Working knowledge of applicable Accounts Payable/General Ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures
• Comfortable with MS Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
