Position Highlights

Do you enjoy providing research and administrative support? Is data entry and document process something you enjoy? If so,

this is the role for you. ICBC’S Driver Licensing department has an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Special

Investigations Unit Residency Administrator. Attention to detail is a key component in this role. You will be cross-trained in all the

support roles within the department. This position will be dedicated support to our Special Investigation Unit Investigators for the

Residency Unit. It is very fast paced and requires significant multi tasking while paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responding to requests from internal and external customers
• Researching and compiling information into reports related to fraud cases
• Transcribing information into producible documents
• Examining and reviewing driving records
• Accessing information on drivers databases and verifying information
• Filing, scanning, copying, purging, and locating missing documents
• Analyzing reports, documents, and letters.
