The post holder will be responsible for managing the work load of the postgraduate education teams on the three sites (Hammersmith Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, and St Marys Hospital) whilst working in conjunction with the Foundation School and Training Programme Directors.
The position will require an experienced manager who is outcomes focused with excellent business, management, and organisational skills and a working knowledge of postgraduate medical education.
To support the Divisional Directors of Medical Education in developing, maintaining and achieving excellence in Medical Education in a division. The post-holder will lead on PG education governance processes and be responsible for reporting on all issues relating to the quality of medical education concerning trainees at ICHNT to the Head of Medical Education. This includes the provision of reports and documents in preparation for Quality Visits.

The post holder is expected to actively promote the service profile of the PG team across the Trust and to lead in the development and delivery of high quality training programmes.
