McCall, Idaho. We have another office in Meridian, so the ideal candidate would be able to travel between the two locations about 25% of the time.

Remember the cartoon The Jetsons, as a kid? Or, how about the movie, Iron Man? Both of these shows have a key commonality: they showcased really killer homes that were souped up with the kind of technology that would blow your mind if that technology actually existed in real life.
Well, what was only sci-fi in those shows is rapidly becoming real life today. Consumer technology and smart-home systems are evolving at a rapid pace, which means homes being built or renovated today and in the coming years are going to look more and more like those homes in the movies.
We set out over 10 years ago to deliver a high tech experience unlike any other from Boise to Meridian. Our goal is to make our brand synonymous with quality and integrity. We work closely with our clients to design and install the latest in home technology that perfectly fits their needs. We make our systems simple to use and fully support them after installation.

What would you be doing?
As the Front Office Coordinator at Infinite Home Theater, your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive a world-class service and support experience 100% of the time. This will include working extensively within a suite of service tools that we have implemented, including Slack for communications and Zendesk for ticket-tracking (don’t worry, we’ll train you on these tools). You will be responsible for ensuring follow-through in a timely manner, coordinating and scheduling resources, and staying in close communication with our clients throughout the process. You will work directly with our company leadership and field service teams to continually ensure that our service systems and highly-structured processes are adhered to by both our internal team and our valued clients.
Your role will involve a combination of service and project-related tasks. You will be responsible for accounts receivable, answering phones, greeting clients, maintaining facilities upkeep and office supplies, supporting the Executive Team, and managing the warehouse and inventory.
Some days, your daily work will be planned and structured. However, ours is a fast-moving and dynamic line of work. Your priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. You must be comfortable with this and willing to be an active participant in juggling multiple demands. We need someone that can take curveballs like a champ!
You will always be expected to treat our clients with patience and friendliness no matter how big or small their issue. Client service is something we hold sacred at our company, so it is of the utmost importance that you be willing and able to serve as a helping hand for our clients in their moment of need.
