What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for supporting Project Coordinators and Project Managers in the administration of Integral’s projects. As a key member of the project support team, assisting with administration tasks from conception through to completion of the project(s).
As a part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to support various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Engineering professionals and other technical resources, while ensuring compliance with project goals and objectives, applicable codes and regulations, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Administrator, here’s what the day-to-day looks like:
Project Support:
- Responsible for the preparation, editing, formatting, and filing of Integral Project Support documents
- Accountable or the accurate filing, naming, and saving of Integral project support documents
- Responsible for administrative project support such as: scanning, copying, and printing
- Compile and coordinate issuance of project insurance, safety, and license documentation
- Stamp drawings for issuance and order drawings as required
- Add and maintain Integral’s CRM and Project Management Software
- Support and collaboration with Integral Canada Project Services team
- Internal follow up with project support team to deliver on multi-discipline projects, multi-office projects, documents to be issued, closed project numbers, EOR/Peer Review
Document Control and QAQC:
- Accountable for executing and maintaining document control processes that align with overall Integral standards
- Contribute and support the review and maintenance of project support templates
- Champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, risk management strategies, and quality assurance / quality control activities
- Support proper planning of the work to effectively manage risk and ensure compliance with project requirements that align with project specific deadlines
- Support the development and maintenance of Integrals QAQC templates and processes
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:
- 1-3 years of experience in a project administration role within a building construction engineering environment (or related industry such as construction or architecture)
- Experience supporting and working within multidisciplinary teams and projects
- Highly proactive and organized, with the ability to set priorities, follow-up and meet deadlines
- Comprehensive word processing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates
- Familiarity of document control principals is considered an asset
- Adaptable to shifting responsibilities and tasks
- Experience navigating multiple conflicting and tight deadlines
- Strong Bluebeam and Microsoft Office skills including technical document formatting knowledge
