IQ Apparel Hiring for Customer Service Representative (Remote) at Rome, GA Full Time

The Call Center Representative is a customer service-based position where the candidate will be responsible for direct contact with customers providing excellent customer service on products, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the order management system.

This is a part-time position with the hours of Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The pay is $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Incoming and outgoing direct contact with customers by telephone
• Offer high quality customer service to determine needs of the customer, answer any questions, resolve, and fulfill requests
• Maintain knowledge on products and procedures to assist customers
• Process customer transactions
• Suggest additional products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell
• Maintain call center/order management systems by entering information

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable high-speed internet
• Customer service and/or call center background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to navigate and update internal order and inventory system
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
