Iris Energy Hiring for Administration Officer Job at Prince George Full Time

We are Iris Energy and we are looking for an Administration assistanceto join our operations team for our new Data Centre construction in Prince George, BC.

Duties:

– Assist the Logistics Manager with basic material tracking and odds n’ ends

– General Office duties

– Tracking and submitting office expenses and receipts to AP/AR

– Ordering office and site supplies

– Assist Maintenance Planner with repair and maintenance scheduling where necessary

– Taking of meeting minutes

– Assisting other office staff with daily tasks as needed

– Organizing employee training with outside resources

– Familiarity and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Excel and Teams

– A demonstrated ability to type with accuracy at a minimum of 40/wpm
