In this role you will have daily interaction with our existing and future customers as well as provide critical support to the outside sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Make outbound calls to customers to review our 100% satisfaction guarantee
• Support outside sales team
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer problems
• Professionally interact with other departments
• Accurately document calls and assignment of calls based on established procedures
• Follow scripting to provide consistent experience for customers and potential clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree or greater is a plus
• Success in a team environment
• Previous experience in service industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities
• Comfort with various software applications and/or ability to adapt and learn them
