Job Description

DAILY OPERATIONS AND MONTHLY PROCESSING

• · Handling daily input of AP and AR transactions;
• · Generates Tax Invoices for submission to respective customers under Project or Service;
• · Ensure timely billing in accordance to billing schedule;
• · Follow-up with the payment status for the tax invoices issued;
• · Responsible for tallying the suppliers’ invoice with Purchase Order (PO) receipt and Delivery Order (DO);
• · Prepare monthly cash-flow reports for Accounts Payable (AP);
• · Prepare relevant documentation for the approved payment to suppliers;
• · Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant vendors for monthly account closing;
• · Liaise with HR on monthly closing of payroll summary for system entry;

TAX COMPUTATION AND FILING

• · Ensure compliance to IRAS Standards and processes, Accounting regulations and standards;
• · Assist in the preparation of documents for quarterly GST filing, annual tax and income tax filing and other required reporting;

STANDARDS

• · Ensure compliance to ISO Standards and processes;
• · Involvement as an internal participant for annual Accounting audit;
• · Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;

DOCUMENTATION

• · Prepare, submission and keeping proper records of reports such as Tax Invoices issued to the customers, supplier invoices, Email Correspondence, etc;
• · Ensure Weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) report is submitted for Management’s review on monthly basis;
• · Ensure Monthly Accounts Payable (AP) report is submitted for Management’s review and approval;
• · Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
• · Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• · A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance Management or equivalent aspect;
• · Proficient in the use of Xero accounting system, and tax computation portal;
• · Must be dynamic, innovative, meticulous with positive working attitude and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
• · Team player and yet independent.
