Title: Communications Coordinator
Primary Location: Mexico (MX) – Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey
Function: Communication
Main Responsibilities
Receives questions and information from various stakeholders of the respective communities, be it media, local authorities, educational institutions, or organizations. Manages all local inquiries and issues not covered by other departments within their respective working relationships. Job duties are performed with a great deal of managerial oversight.
What Skills You Need
- Coordinates John Deere’s presence and communication at local and domestic events.
- Edits and organizes articles for employee publications.
- Writes and disseminates news releases for the local and trade press.
- Program skills: Photoshop, Premiere (for video editing) and Illustrator
- Effective communication and interpersonal relationships
- Receives and investigates an appropriate response to inquiries from local media and domestic trade press.
- Maintains a liaison with local organizations and educational institutions.
- Reviews domestic media for materials

- Ability to write articles and edit medias (photo, videos)
- Communicative: ability to move through different areas and themes, thus supporting our stakeholders
- English skills.
Education
Bachelor´s degree related to field or equivalent experience.
