Key responsibilities

• Product testing and release
• Environmental monitoring program
• Site hygiene and sanitation program
• Support improvement initiatives
• Support site HACCP and other risk assessment systems as required
• Ensuring site Quality Systems are reviewed, updated and maintained to comply with Kerry Global Quality Management system requirements quality/ food safety requirements and GSFI requirements.
• Document control support by generating and maintaining quality and department procedures to enable structured training and adherence to relevant standards
• Intelex & SAP Quality support
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Assist in complaint and internal non-conformance investigations and close-out
• Other relevant duties as required

Qualifications and skills

• Ideally a Degree in Food Science/Technology or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of HACCP, quality and food safety
• Understanding of quality and food safety standards e.g. BRC, ISO 22000, FSSC, GMP
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ideally SAP knowledge
• Windows-based computer skills
