KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate, Business Analysis – Data Analysis to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively evaluate business performance gaps; define analytics use cases to trigger actions and enable improved decisions
• Facilitate working sessions to understand and define business needs and user experience design requirements
• Assist analytics and modeling team to translate business requirements to technical/data requirements, support data procurement process
• Work with data modeling and analytics team to design and storyboard analytics and AI use-cases
• Partner with data modeling and analytics team to interpret analysis results; frame and communicate outputs in terms of business value
• Develop content for meetings, key communications, and reporting best practices, as directed

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of recent client facing or management consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Salesforce and/or the latest business intelligence tools (e.g., CRMA, Datorama, PowerBI)
• Demonstrated understanding of how to apply data science and analytics capabilities to solve complex business problems; understanding of basic data structure and engineering principles to enable data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Proven ability to effectively work and communicate with business stakeholders, process owners, and development teams to define business requirements and UX design needs
• Research, analysis, and data-driven storytelling skills to deliver impactful, actionable insights
