KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Web Experience Designer to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Responsibilities:
Play a key part setting the creative strategy that will bring the programs to life and to ensure execution of the programs meet or exceed established KPIs
Create interactive visual design experiences and execution either from the onset of the project or building upon existing designs from other teams or external agencies by supporting the Experience Designers and the Creative Production Teams to produce deliverables and outputs that define information architectures and hierarchies; this includes interactive features, wireframes, low and high-fidelity designs, Photoshop documents, AEM designs and templates, as well as creative assets for multi-channel digital activations for entire campaigns that comprise of websites, articles and content pages
Partner with teams in digital marketing to execute on the go-to-market plan from broad-target tactics
Work closely with and support colleagues, peers and leaders in the digital and campaigns centers of excellence with primary stakeholders being functional marketers across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Industries, Alliances, Key Account Sales, Corporate Assets and Brand
Review projects and offer recommendations and solutions that may be different than what originally requested with the purpose of elevating the level of work while still meeting the original objectives
Harness capabilities in a continuously changing market expand their creative skill set and learn new things
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience in a digital interactive or visual designer role with an understanding of digital marketing channels including but not limited to web, social and, paid media
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience and a firm understanding of design principles, imagery, color theory, typography and proper layout and be able to visualize ideas and share through sketches and comps
Proficiency in Adobe Cloud / Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Figma, Ceros and other design tools; support testing and troubleshooting efforts for platform, browser and mobile compatibility
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders, designers, writers and alongside cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution, including ability to review creative briefs, ask the right questions, brainstorm and engage in productive planning discussions to produce the best creative output that is on brand and on strategy
Ability to understand technical details related to digital channels, marketing automation tools and processes, the development process and the marketing technology stack
