OK Carz Receptionist Full Time position

Key responsibilities include:

• Answers incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of the callers and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department

• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable

• Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information

• Welcomes and graciously greets guests, determines nature of business, announces them to appropriate personnel and manages lobby area

• Provides support to the sales/marketing and business office teams

• Performs other clerical duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

6 months – 1 year related experience and/or training

Strong organizational skills, dependable, ability to multi-task and work independently

Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests

Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm

Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within an automated system as well as a variety of software packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word
